Cal Panel is Laminating

­­Cal Panel is laminating panels with a new state of the art Black Bros. laminating line. A wide variety of panels ca­n be laminated from 30 to 61 inches wide and up to 145 inches long.

Formica^® and most major laminate brands are available for lamination. Additionally, a complete line of decorative veneers, metals and specialty products can be laminated to your specifications.

Cal Panel has a full inventory of panel backers including Gatorply, which is FSC^® certified, class A fire rated and has a Greenguard certification. White and black cabinet liners and phenolic backers are stocked in a variety of sizes.

Extensive inventories of substrates are available for laminating, such as: particleboard, veneer cores, MDF and specialty products. All substrates are on-grade and CARB 2 compliant. They are also inventoried in fire rated and/or moisture resistant panels that can be ordered in FSC^®/NAUF to support your LEED projects.
